Saracen Casino Resort - Pine Bluff

One of the better Casino's in Arkansas by design and execution. Its a beautiful building and astonishing interior. But, the location is odd.They have an astounding array of food to offer, buffets, sit down restaurants, and more. As someone who loves the smell of cigars/cigarettes/beer when walking into a casino, if that's what you're looking for then you'll find it here!

Jamal rocks! The best bartender ever! He and Barbara are truly valuable assets for the resort. They are both exceptionally professional, courteous and kind! They go above and beyond to provide fabulous customer service and Jamal made me the best old fashioned I ever had the pleasure of drinking. These fabulous people should be prompted immediately!

The price for the buffet and the walkable kitchen I ordered was not fresh and burned.

First off, my GPS had difficulty locating the place. When I arrived I wasn 't sure that I was in the right place or that they were even opened because there were very few cars in the parking lot compared to other casinos. I parked and sat inside my car watching several shady looking guys walking around the parking lot peering into cars and walk up to people coming out of the casino. There was NO SECURITY GUARDS AT ALL ON THE PARKING LOT. I told the lady at the entrance but she didn 't seem concerned and wasn 't very friendly. In the casino it was very clean and everything looked new. I walked around for sometime and finally found the restroom and self serve drink station then I located the ATM. My intention was to get once inside BUT my card didn 't work because I was traveling out of my area and hadn 't alerted my financial institution. Wanting to keep what cash I had on hand because I was traveling I left w/o gambling. Once out of the casino one of the shady looking guys that I saw on the parking lot approached me and I didn 't feel safe so I turned and walked back inside and he followed me inside yelling that he wanted to talk to me . I told the lady at the desk and she called security and I went deeper into the casino as she prevented him from entering and following me. Security came and took the man out and I was able to get into my car and leave as security had him and the other shading looking guy pulled off beside the building talking to them. There 's a reason there 's no cars on the lot. Maybe people don 't feel safe, I didn 't.

The hospitality was first-class!!! The buffet was hands down the best and the seafood left me speechless, but the shrimp tasted gritty. Very clean for the most part. The bathrooms need to be checked more often. I will have to travel there at least once a month
