I picked one of these babies up from Hannaford. It was the dragon roll. As far a supermarket sushi goes this isn't bad, per se. But the freshness of even the rice was definitely lacking. It had a bit of a chewy/gummy texture.
We were here on a Sunday so it was very quiet. Service was poor, no smiles, couldn't be bothered to bring my food over even though place was empty, had made me wait to get served. Food was not good, chicken curry udon was okay, but no vegetables in it, even though it claimed to have them in. Pork ramen was not very nice, and again not really any vegetables in it (again there were supposed to be). For $10 a bowl I expect more. Not good.
Probably some of the best store-bought sushi I 've had. When I 've stopped at this counter at Hannaford in the mornings, the employee there always makes me fresh rolls.
This is my absolute favorite lunch place in the Financial District! I consistently have a great meal that is fairly inexpensive (especially if you get the rewards card), and am blown away every day by the phenomenal customer service. Shafayet, Nazma, Nahar, and Argiury welcome me every day by name and with the sweetest attitude. I am incredibly impressed with this place and cannot recommend it enough.
