Rock Creek Cafe - Pine City

I absolutely love this place! Their chicken dumpling soup is fantastic, and they serve breakfast all day long. Just a heads up, their phone number has changed to 320-629-4868, but they’re still open!

This restaurant serves generous portions and is located about an hour north of the Twin Cities. Whenever I head north from the Twin Cities, I always make it a point to stop here. The friendly staff and hearty meals are sure to lift your spirits, making it a great way to kick off any trip. The daily specials are exciting to check out, offering a diverse range of items to sample. My wife particularly enjoys the gravy-covered potatoes, while I can't get enough of the hash browns—and the soup is simply outstanding.

The RC-Café offers a charming truck stop dining experience, making it an excellent choice for a hearty breakfast.

Restroom left a little to be desired but the commode was clean. Popcorn shrimp was okay; I really enjoyed the fries! Crinkle cut and soft, with some seasoning that tasted ‘sweet’ to me. Seriously, very good. Cute old fashioned place. I will stop again when we’re on I35.

Went here for a bite on our way for a guys weekend at a yurt. Nobody else was there, but service was great and food was good: We both got a basic two egg, hash, bacon, toast platter and it was all basic but good, no complaints. They said they're about to move into a better space soon, so we'll have to try them again next time! Wanted to check out the meat market too, but we're cramped for time.
