The Diner - Pine Grove

We’ve been here so many times since our best buddy goes to the Vet which is now located next door. The food is great, they are often slow but my husband and I spend it catching up.

Stopped to eat on way home from my assignment and the staff was polite and courteous to me after the many hours on the road.

First meal of the day, so I got the Diner Burger with tater tots. Very good. It was. Perhaps some of the best tater tots I've ever had. My mom isn't a fan of tater tots, but my dad loves them, so I must take after him. They had fries too, but I wanted tots.

We are staying in the Hampton Inn nearby and had dinner here. Service was great. Nice to see a restaurant doing well during the Coronavirus. Fried shrimp was fresh and delicious.

A true 5 Star review (if give more if I could!!!!! Staying in Pine Grove area, the choices for breakfast were Mc D and The Diner. The reviews from years ago made me skip over the possibility until hubs said let 's just go. HOLY COW what a jaw dropping winner!!! Ordered Belgium waffle, biscuits and gravy, side of bacon, eggs with home fries and rye toast. Sausage gravy had wonderful flavor...bacon was ahhhhh-mazing!!! And the potatoes fantabulous! And you don 't get rye toast like this in Jersey! Thick and deeeeee-licious!! And for $20 and change...winner-winner breakfast!
