Dunkin' - Pine Point

Not sure what the bad reviews are for. There were 3 or 4 guys working like crazy to pump out the massive amounts of online orders and drive through orders and despite being super busy they are very quick and efficient. Staff was also VERY professionaland nice and overall my experience was great. Thanks guys!

Had a frustrating experience here this morning. One cannot walk into the store and expect to buy a cup of coffee. This location had it's lobby closed, either permanently or temporarily, forcing people to get in the long line at theirdrive-thru. If you have enough staff to take orders from outside, then you have enough staff to take orders from the inside. Iwent somewhere else.

It's Dunkin! Make sure you always have chocolate coconut donuts and like is good!

This Dunkin is routinely a nightmare. Rude employees, slow service, getting wrong orders, doesn't want to accommodate truck drivers that can't go through drive thru even though it's half the traffic that this particular location sees.

Coffee was great. The girl working the window needs to be fired. Very rude. Visited 10/22/22 2:45. Do yourself a favor and get rid of her!
