Pollo Tropical - Pinecrest

The staff is very competent and serves meals exactly as requested, without any issues. The food is fresh and well-cooked. We order from the family menu most Sundays, and it's very affordable! Enjoy!

I had an excellent experience with the service, and everything was quick. However, I'd like to suggest that they consider hiring bilingual staff who speak both Spanish and English. I ordered a Cuban pork sandwich, but I ended up receiving chicken instead.

I would like to give this place five stars, but I can't have my order many times messed up today they gave me an employment, because I said I wanted to say churrasco that steak and churrasco are the same they don't go any further because the next pollo tropical but very disappointed by service

Avoid! Super slow drive thru, nobody cared to go faster, lots of people standing around doing nothing, spent more in gas waiting for 30 min than my actual order.

I want to give this location five stars but I can't they have messed up my order many times today they gave me an attitude because I said I wanted churrasco telling me that steak and churrasco are the same which they're not will continue going because closest Pollo tropical but very disappointed with service
