Feedback gevenWe ordered online however, when we saw in the bowl, there was hardly anything in there. We went back and they added more to a bowl (as still missing one ingredient) and none to another. They also took the chips we had ordered from the bag, and we had to ask them back. When we talked to the manager about this problem, he was extremely rude, as well as the staff, and suggested what is shown below was normal portion size. Another person had to go through the same problem we did when we were there, and had to move. Extremely unprofessional and I will never return to this place. The General Manager should seriously consider reassessing the manager's position in this place.
My family ordered from this location tonight. On the two burrito bowls we ordered we ordered sour cream and paid extra for guac. There was no sour cream in either and the guacamole was black throughout with huge hard chunks of unripe yet still rotten avocado. And no it wasn?t because it sat too long. It was black throughout not just on the outer surface that touches the air. Tried to call but they only have an automated system.
This used to be our favorite spot to eat but this is the second time we've ordered online, gone to the store and they say they've never received our order. Even though we have the email, confirmation of payment, location, and order number. The staff are not being helpful and have an attitude about the situation instead of trying to help us solve the issue. They just say they don't see the order and don't want to give us the food though it's been paid for. I understand the high volume of people and stress but its customer service and the unfriendliness is uncalled for.
This location has gone down hill. They definitely do not have good help lately here. My order has been messed up 3 times recently at this location. Also I don?t know what?s going on with the steak but there is so much fat on it! Sooo gross!!!
I used to love Chipotle and would eat here often, but the quality has declined drastically! They?ve reduced the portions for the protein so I started paying for double meat. The last 2 orders I placed did not have double meat (despite that I paid for it) and this order also included a giant hunk of tendon/fat and a big tomato stem. Management needs to be aware that the quality here is terrible lately. Seriously.
