We were traveling by bike, we arrived in Pinerolo, after a tour in the old part, we stopped at the bar in the Swiss ice cream shop square Very clean and nice place, the very kind owner with whom we chatted for a bit while he prepared us a coffee with cream: when he brought it to us it was a pleasure first for the eyes and then for the palate. I have never eaten such good cream, very thick... fantastic!! We will definitely be back, I recommend it to everyone... and the owner was very kind as was the waiter who served us. Very satisfied
