Burger King - Pineville

The lady working the counter was completely rude. I said good morning she wouldn't respond. I asked for 1/2 glass of ice with my tea, she barely covered the bottom of the cup with ice. If you want a person like this working for you something is seriously wrong. Won't be back if she is working

It been a while since I have eaten here we was greeted at the door and The place was very nice and clean. I order the number one with cheese extra tomatoes. had to send back because there was no cheese ? or my extra tomatoes and it was cold after giving Burger King try after try sadly to say as of now I just think I don’t like Burger King anymore

Don't bother. Can't get anyone to take your oder. Told to go though drive thru. Wouldn't of walked in if I would of wanted to go thru drive thru. Very sad .

Worst possible customer service! No people inside or outside yet still won't take your order and when they do its like they are annoyed you're trying to order. We walked out after the attitude at the counter.
