Dunkin' - Pingree Grove

Its crazy because i only went for a simple toast and latte first he took like 10 minutes to even open the window. All this waiting just to receive a burnt toast. Like bro I payed to get something I wouldn’t like next time pay attention. Food: 1 Service: 1

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to and their lack of customer service. I wanted a frozen coffee drink and was told they cannot make them?!?!? This location is awful. Constantly getting orders wrong. If you need to go inside they consistently have the door locked and you have to stand there, knock and wait for them to come open and when they do you're met with an annoyed employee. Do the employees realize they're working in food service? It's not an easy job, but, good grief show some customer service or get a different job.
