Panda Chinese Food - Pinson

My brother ordered shrimp fried rice almost daily for about two weeks. After the operation, it is something he can eat and enjoy, but various family members have picked it up for him. Recently his food was taken to him and was not shrimps of fried rice. He couldn't eat it. He called, and like others, they said to bring the food back. He said no and he was there the next day to receive what he ordered. They gave him the order, but it wasn't the big size, like him? You are better off an employee in the register and make sure your order is correct. This place could learn something or two about good customer service. None of our family will be back. I tried to leave a message or email on the website, but could not access it, something to do with it in terms of overseas. If they were acting decent first, I would not have left a bad criticism.

Very bad service. I paid for a dinner combo to come with roasted rice, egg roll and soup. They gave me the duck without soup and egg roll. When I called, they refused to give me the rest of my order. And even with their strong language difference?.they totally understood and hanged on me.

It is evil in this restaurant, but if you order over the phone and they say about 10 minutes.. That's not true.. They come in 10 minutes and have to wait 15 more..food is good...

I ordered to pick up my food, and I'm not picky at all, but the vegetables in the happy family. I love the food here and the prices and service are great ?
