The food allows guests to sample a range of Corsican dishes and is always freshly prepared by the chef and extremely tasty. We usually go for lunch after a walk in the mountains and have always been delighted by whatever we ordered. The owner makes her own liqueurs and her limoncello is superb.
Wow what a view and what a lovely wooden cabin-style café/restaurant with an interesting collection of Corsican artefacts - very creative and inspiring. The menu was a mouth-watering selection of Corsican food all local produce and particularly good salads. We had a glass of the owner's home-made vin/liqueur which was delicious. It's set 1100m on the edge of the Balagne and Guissani region and a fabulous place to rest after walking (or just driving around in that beautiful region). Good luck to the owners and well done on creating such a great place.
Very good surprise at the finish at the top of this collar.Home very friendly with a quality and traditional Corsican cuisine made home as we obviously like it is recommended
Very good cooking with local products. We couldn't take advantage of the view because of a big cloud...But the lunch break was more than pleasant with a delicious meal, a pleasant staff and small care, and to finish a free life water (to be consumed with moderation). If you go around, stop!
After a multi-hour hike in the Corsican mountain, forced stop at the bataglia pass at vanina - the discovery plate is a hearty treat to wish, even more room for dessert, but for the little drop of myrthe that rips oh yes!formidable
