We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a vegetarian restaurant on 88. The meal we enjoyed was amazing and the customer service was top-notch. The owner takes great pride in every dish that is served, as evidenced by the fresh and perfectly cooked ingredients. It is clear that many of the ingredients come from their own garden. The owner's daughter, who served us, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She even gave us a discount on our order. The desserts were also delicious. We wish we could dine here more often.

This restaurant may be a bit off the beaten path for some, but it is located between the Shenandoah Valley, the Weinland region, and South Lake Tahoe. They offer a small vegetarian menu with plenty of vegan options and are very accommodating. The burger with a cup of soup is definitely worth trying!

If you're driving on Carbahn 88, be sure not to overlook this restaurant. They offer excellent vegetarian options such as the Vegi-Burger which was delicious. Their espresso and mocha drinks were also fantastic. We stumbled upon this place on our way back home while looking for a coffee spot, but we're glad we stopped in!

My sister and I saw the list for pearl’s on happy cow and decided to stop on our way home from a trip to yosemite. this mother and pop place please! there was nothing vegan on the current menu, which was also gluten-free, so after some discussion about what I liked to eat they suggested some vegan tacos with gazed portobello mushrooms, swirling and added black beans, fresh tomats and swirl and salat with homemade fresh tomaten salsa. they were delicious and only $2 apiece! my sister had the vegetarian panini on homemade brot and thought it would be great. very friendly atmosphere. I wish I would live closer so I could often go back. be sure and give this place a try. if they have special needs, they simply ask what they are able to create for them.

We definitely did not expect to find a vegetarian restaurant on 88, but we happened by chance on this wonderful little restaurant and enjoyed an amazing meal as well as absolutely wonderful customer service. It is obvious that the owner has a great deal of pride in every meal he sends out. The ingredients were all fresh and perfectly cooked. I think many of the vegetables have grown in their garden! The owner's daughter was the server and she was incredibly attentive and friendly. She even gave us sales to go... they were also delicious. I wish I could eat here regularly.
