Mcdonald's - Pipestone

The service here is well-managed and quick. There's a significant difference between this McDonald's and the one in Luverne. If I were traveling on Highway 75 in Minnesota, I would definitely stop at the Pipestone location.

Clean and pleasant place for the city. You can even park a semi-truck and come in for a meal. The staff does their best, though there can be some occasional grumpiness—it's not too common, but it happens. I remember one day when I was feeling irritable, and it seemed like everyone else was too. Despite that, the food is great. There has been a bit of chaos lately, likely due to staff training. My family has found it to be a wonderful place so far. The managers are friendly and genuinely try their best to provide good service. Even on a bad day, they maintain a positive attitude. If you know them outside of work, it can really change your perspective on how hard they are working. Of course, not everyone gets to see this side of things, but it's worth giving it a shot. I'm not a big fan of the ordering pads, but the touchscreen option is a nice touch.

Stop here with a bus of 30 HS students tonight and she got the whole bus in and out in 15 minutes! The whole staff made it with a smile and didn't complain or let us feel like we ruined their night! The manager even checked with me to make sure that all students get what they ordered! So happy with the fast service!

A big shoutout to the AMAZING employees and managers working today! Despite being short-staffed and busy with customers, everything ran smoothly! When we got home with our order, all the special request sandwiches were correct, which really impressed me. Thank you for your excellent service!

Was extremely busy when my group came the staff was very helpful, calm, and overall handled it very well. When I didn't have enough for two large vanilla cones and only bought one the employee came back with two this really warmed my heart thank you so much to McDonald's Pipestone!
