Cibo Co. - PISA

We came to lunch after the Leaning Tower. The whole place was empty, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The burgers we ordered were amazing, maybe some of the best we ever had. The atmosphere is cozy. I recommend stopping it here.

After years I returned to this Mexican restaurant in Pisa, just outside the center. Since the last time they changed their position (I don't know if management, I haven't seen the old managers but can also be elsewhere). Fully renovated premises, much better than the previous one. The friendly staff as always and good and plentiful menu, remained substantially the same. Excellent mixed appetizer, also present in the fixed menu of 25 euros (which I think is really plentiful). I noticed that at other tables are advanced a lot of chips, at my table we did not have them so that we could not judge the taste, but it seems a waste, so I recommend to keep an eye on it.

Unique in all senses: really good cuisine, only local that on Pisa proposes Tex-mex really great and that confirmed every time I went there. Portions and quality of congru dishes at the price paid (in photo fiches with molten cheese and queso fajitas of chicken and vegetables). Only the sin to be solved is a wet feeling that is perceived in the room and that can be seen in some parts of the walls (and sometimes in a strange smell to which after a while you do not notice). This is probably a fund-related problem and not an easy solution, so it does not affect my local evaluation. Keep going, I'll be back.

He just changed his address. He is now near Dorelanbed-Canottieri Arno. Excellent Mexican food served in a nice and young place, from very courteous owners who like to explain and recommend the courses. I don't feel like repeating the name of what we ate, but I invite everyone to try this nice alternative in the evening. The day they offer Italian food normally at a fixed price. Bravo!
