Clorophylla - PISA

I'm praying I didn't eat their dishes. I went to the shop just to buy a piece of fresh ginger. He served me the boy at the counter, without showing me he put it in a paper bag (I didn't ask to see him because I trust in the seriousness of those who sell me things). Paid 25€/kg, justifiable given the quality (in theory), arrival at home, open the envelope after 30 minutes and ginger was visibly rotten by half. I doubt he went wrong on the way.

The dishes are healthy and very tasty, a pleasant alternative to the usual flying lunches. Also recommended for those who eat meat (like me)

The desire to eat healthy things makes you feel.. But here is not only healthy. This is so good! The best caponata I've ever heard, served with delicious basmati rice. I highly recommend it to those who want good food and not only healthy.

I took from curiosity, with my girlfriend we decided to try the kitchen of this bistro. In two we took: a mix of bietole steamed vegetables, cabbage, artichokes) a quarter of artichokes cake, a vegan artichoke hamburger, a bottle of water, two sweet a biscuit and a muffin...... of rubber). I admit that the vegetables and the cake were fresh and good, but when I asked for the account I was amazed: 23 euros!! Considering the location, which however nice and original, is still a grocery store, and the covered are nothing but plastic plates and forks, absent service, since we need it alone, since I sincerely consider the price completely unjustified. I don't think I'll be back.

I have been several times in this bistro/negotiation, both to buy excellent food and cosmetics eco-bio, and to appreciate its cuisine. Very good and fresh eggplant parmigiana in summer with vegetable tomatoes, fantastic Sacher cake and other winter sweets. Too bad you didn't have him at home!
