Pizzeria La Clessidra - PISA

Siamo stati qua una sera d 'estate, e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, il menu degustazione terra. Hanno cambiato alcuni uniti senza obiezioni, meraviglioso! Ambiente e servizio straaccoglienti. Il livello del cibo alto: veramente asiette Michelin. There are only a few restaurants in Pisa in the Michelin guide. La Clessidra is one of them, at Asiette level, and they deserve it. It is traditional Tuscan rural cuisine on the heavier side, but very well prepared and inventive. Absolutely good value for money.

Nice garden inn the middle of the city. The food îs good but not great. The dishes are ok but the desert could be better. Friendly stuff, nice welcome. A bit chaotic in taking commands or bringing the bill.

Decent food but descriptions not totally accurate, for example sea bass ravioli with shellfish cream sauce had no cream or shellfish and the ravioli had ricotta but no discernible fish. Likewise 'pepper pie ' was a spoonful of mildly flavoured baked custard and a desert spoon of sauce which was very nice but meagre. Disappointing.

Cena in un luogo elegante, servizio molto gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. piatti elaborati e deliziosi, il valore per il denaro piuttosto buono.

E' un piccolo paradiso nascosto. unico e assolutamente da sapere in ogni senso.
