Espetadas - Piscataway

Wow, this place is amazing! The food is incredible, and the quality of the meat is superb. If you're in the mood for some Portuguese chicken, this is definitely the place to go. They also have fantastic steaks. Their lemonade mojito was just right. I had the beef espetada, which featured tender mignon cubes on a skewer — they were juicy and cooked to perfection. The hot peri wings were spicy and so tasty. Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit, and I highly recommend trying everything on the menu. Plus, it’s halal. Great job, everyone!

The food here is absolutely incredible! The flavors are exceptional, and the quality of the meat is top-notch. The menu offers an impressive variety of options. The drinks were also fantastic! My favorite dish was the Espetada combo, and they serve the best fries I've ever had! This is the ideal place for halal Portuguese cuisine. I've tried halal Nando's, but this place is far superior!

This restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and attractive decor, which I would rate around 3.5 out of 5. Unfortunately, our server disappeared, and we didn't receive our drinks. The sauce we requested to be spicy was actually quite mild. Overall, the flavors were underwhelming; while the meat was cooked perfectly, the rest of the dishes and side items lacked any distinctive qualities. I opted not to have dessert because the overall experience didn't feel rewarding enough to justify it. I believe it's worth a visit, but I wouldn't return more than once.

The food was simply amazing! We sampled all three steaks, and two of them were served on a sizzling platter. We also tried the espetada fusion, which is the hanging steak you see in the picture. Each dish comes with sides, and everything was incredibly flavorful, especially since you can choose your own sauce. It's also important to mention that the food is halal. I highly recommend this place!

During our visit, we found ourselves as the only diners in the restaurant, although a few patrons were there for takeout. We ordered the espetadas platter, which consisted of skewers of chicken and beef accompanied by four sides. The seasoned rice and grilled pineapple complemented each other beautifully, enhancing the overall taste of the meal. The portion was generous enough for two people to share. While the beef was mostly tender, the ends were a bit on the tougher side. In contrast, the chicken was particularly tender, and the sauce that accompanied it was exceptional. Service was satisfactory, although it seemed they were still getting accustomed to in-house dining. All in all, the food is definitely worth a try, and the prices are quite reasonable. I plan to return to explore more dishes on the menu.
