Apparently, sometimes when you go there you can only get fried food. Must be the off-hours. The fish-and-chips was overdone and greasy. Nothing great but I was hungry and it worked. Utica club on tap was cold and good. The lady who waited on me went off shift and the rest of the people working the bar never approached me. I had to chase someone down to pay. Could have walked out easily. Has a great ambience and locals in there talking about the latest. Has character. probably wish I could have stopped into a place with better food quality, choices, and more attentive waiters but there aren't many options in that area so you are stuck.
