In view of the Easter weekend, this was a big shot. Lido is part of the pool side restaurant at Dolphin Bay Resort. The tables are outdoors, but also behind a glass with many heaters, so you won't get cold. But what all this provides is a breath that takes sunset with dinner. Even without food, this atmosphere deserves only 5 stars. Let's go to dinner. Amazingly fresh baked bread greeted us. Oysters were absolutely fresh and delicious. The cattle carpaccio was even better. And the scallops were cooked to perfection no fishy taste while balanced with bean sprouts (this is a first! . We really have a high quality meal prepared with care and creativity. We don't live nearby, but Lido is now a must stop location for us when we drive Pismo Beach.
Work the breakfast so the service was a little slow, but they kept things nice and warm on a dark morning with heating. The Florentine was delicious along with the potatoes and added bacon. Very nice and delicious cappuccino.
Had an early mother's day brunch for my mother last weekend with my best friend and mother. Once again, Lido has not disappointed! The food/drink (low mimoses, service, atmosphere, location, everything was perfect this day! Thank you Lido for contributing to such a wonderful day and celebration for our mothers We come back!
Another great meal for the holiday in Lido! The entire staff is from the Valet, the host, all the servers... never had a bad meal here. We ate outside (Covid) and loved the heaters. Oyster Kaluga Caviar for our family meal absolutely delicious!
Every. Single. Thing. We had to eat here was fantastic! We ate there for brunch dinner for most of our 5 night stay at the Dolphin Bay Resort. Service was prompt (in spite of the fact that we never had reservations this is potentially because we arrived on a Tue. in Oct. . Not only was the food amazing but the servers were great, too!
