I absolutely love their açaí bowls! This place offers a fantastic selection with plenty of fresh toppings and options. It’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch, and they even have heartier choices if you're in the mood for something more filling. My kids really enjoyed the egg fruit option! Just a heads-up: it can take a bit longer to get your order during busy times, which is pretty typical at most places. This can be a challenge with small children, especially since the restaurant is right on the way to the pier and usually quite crowded. We’ve had a few meals here and would definitely come back. I stopped at Pismo and had a delicious breakfast sandwich along with some acai bowls. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I enjoyed watching the cook jam out to 90s rock music—it made the atmosphere feel very homey. Overall, it had a great vibe, and the place was clean and efficient.

After placing our order, we repeated our selections a few times to the cashier—how could he not understand? Then came the note that alcoholic drinks had to be purchased separately at the bar. We settled at a shaded table next to the terrace, where a loudspeaker was playing some great yacht rock, which set the mood nicely as we waited for our food. I took a sip of my “drunken sailor” cocktail, and it hit me like a wave of satisfaction, prompting a long, contented “aaaah” that made my friend chuckle. Life was good at that moment! Before we knew it, our food arrived, seemingly by magic, and it exceeded my expectations. We ordered steamed little neck mussels served in a delicious garlic butter sauce alongside Texas toast, and a side of garlic parmesan waffle fries. My friend had the blackened albacore on a perfectly toasted brioche. The prices seemed fair, the service was prompt and friendly, and the food was both delicious and generous. The overall experience was truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back to catch some sunsets at Wooly’s. Thank you!
