Feedback gevenI loved this place we found when we were in Pistoia for the Blues Festival. A simple concept a bit like building your own magnum! You choose the innard of the lolly you want (selection of ice cream and sorbet flavours, I think 2 euro), you can have it plain or then dipped in chocolate (choice of white, milk and dark for 0.50euro) and then choose, if you want it, a coating (nuts, sprinkles for further 0.50euro). He then freezes for a few seconds so it all sets and it 's ready. What I found especially delicious was nothing seemed to taste artificial or extremely sweet, so I got a taste of the flavours without that 'greedy eaten too much ice cream ' belly ache. I think the ingredients are all good quality and some natural (to be honest, I was explained to me but once I heard good things I was focussed on flavour selection). I chose coconut, dipped in dark chocolate and then nuts for first visit. friends chose different flavours, different choc and then nuts. Second visit, I chose chocolate lolly, then coated in milk chocolate. Friends opted for a more refreshing mango sorbet lolly (no coating or dips) and pistachio lolly coated in white choc. There were also other options for smaller pearl pop lolly but I was dazzled by choosing flavours on the basic so couldn 't look any further. Helpful vendor and spotlessly clean. Reasonable price too. Would recommend.
What can you invent for a ice-cream. Stickhouse in Pistoia sells delicious homemade with natural ingredients ice creams. We tried some fruit tastes and different toppings. I liked the different concept, not the usual itlian ice-creams but very tasteful and a little different.

Since I was personally invited by the owner to return to dinner... I did it incognita on a day in the middle of the week with a friend. The experience was very positive: we made the order almost immediately and after a few arrived the pizzas... nothing to see from those eaten ten days before!!! Personally, I got a white guy with zucchini. in addition there were the anchovies and the mozzarella was definitely good. It will be because it was Thursday and not Saturday... will be because the staff was all present... today differently from ten days ago I can recommend this pizzeria. We waited more than half an hour to order and an hour and much more to have pizza ... they first made takeaway pizzas and different and then they thought to serve the tables... my pizza was white with mozzarella not too good and with 5/6 very fine washers of zucchini (decisely poor seasoning! ... that of my partner with a base too fine to contain the dressing... sincerely I do not recommend!!!
Authentic Neapolitan pizzeria with quick service and maximum courtesy. Possibility to choose between high or low dough. The rooms are very comfortable even in summer thanks to the air conditioning, never too strong. See you soon!
