Good pizza but the service leaves much to be desired. The wait for the arrival of the dishes ordered at about 21:00 was disgruntled. Two first arrived after pressing at 22:30 and pizzas for the rest of the table again. The children who were hungry at that time no longer ate. The customer is completely ignored and abandoned at the table......maybe to give precedence to the orders of deliveroo?!?! Boh! I have given two chances by going twice in the last period but there will be no third.

Long expectations for pizzas, total ignorance of the customer, rude waitress. Negative experience, discouraging those who want to eat well

I'm praying I've been eating in this place for years and I've always found myself great. In any case the abundance of choice, the goodness of the proposals (not only referred to the excellent pizzas), the friendliness that you breathe in the environment and that mark the service are all constant qualities of the house, which are sufficient reason to return again, and again. I will not stop repeating how much the price quality ratio is in my eyes and my formidable wife, at least in the pistoiese, for quantity and quality of the food served. A mention of honor for the pizzas of our dinner: a revisited Naples, with buffalo mozzarella put out of the oven that instantly became the favourite of my wife and for me a fried calzone, with ricotta di pecora. mozzarella and salami and ciccioli, in Tuscany not exactly easy to find. A note of merit finally to the smiling Sara who served us with the usual sympathy and professionalism, but our compliments go to all the staff, which now treats us as long-term friends. At the end of this long review I want to be clear: I would not be so generous of compliments if they were not deserved and if periodically we return it is because they are actually deserved. Therefore, thanks to the Veliero, with the wish that you can still grow from here in the future.

Pizza here is a certainty. Good as few, I like the Neapolitan pizza, high dough and photo frame.. That's what they do here. My absolute favorite. I've eaten it since I was a child. I think you're staying my favorite for now.
