Blair Castle Tullibardine Restaurant

We had a wonderful outing with our family and dog. The landscape and terrain were beautiful, and there was a lovely café and shop to enjoy. There are also a few small playgrounds for the kids and picnic benches available. It was a fantastic day!

I really loved this castle; it’s such a beautiful and fascinating place. There are many interesting artifacts, including various weapons and non-military items, that you can explore. The deer park was also wonderful—I even saw a newborn deer while its mother was eating the placenta. The gardens were lovely for a stroll, and I enjoyed watching the baby geese and the swan. Just be careful not to get too close to the geese, as they can be quite aggressive!

We really enjoyed our visit here. The staff at the gated entrance were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating my wife’s disability by allowing us to park closer to the house. The ground floor of the house was well-designed, with a route that was wheelchair accessible, making it easy to navigate. All rooms on this level were accessible as well. The gardens and the surrounding views outside were beautiful. We spent a relaxing half hour simply enjoying the scenery, watching the train pass by, and listening to the piper. It was wonderful on a crisp autumn day.

Beautiful house and gardens. I wish they had provided more information in every room about his history and artifacts. a beautiful visit.

We only walked round the gardens. We didn't go into the Castle. Gardens are lovely and will change from week to week due to different flowers plants trees etc. Definitely worth a visit
