Fire Wings - Pittsburg

This was my first time trying this place....and wow! It was delicious! The Louisiana rub wings are sooo good!

The wait was quite long for a single meal (about 35 minutes). The restaurant was not very busy (about 7 customers inside) and they were decently staffed (about 8 staff members working), but they were struggling to provide service and it seemed like they were overwhelmed. They also forgot to give me a cup for the drink I bought. The food itself was fine. It wasn't impressive, but it wasn't bad at all. I wish there were more spices on the fusion wings I bought (peking and korean kick). The fries I bought were cold, but the wings were fresh and crispy. In all honesty, the food is decent, but the customer service and wait time is not worth coming back unless I really wanted wings. I do, however, recommend people to try it out at least once. It is a new restaurant and it is expected that there will be bumps here and there.

ZUCCHINI STICKS were good even reheated in the toaster oven the next day! I love the lemon-pepper mild 20 WINGS yum idk why I cant do 10/10 wing split tho. The 7/7/6 is an interesting way to cut it

Nashville sandwhich does not taste the same like before and they dont really add sauce despite me asking and paying for extra they still didn't add it . I use to like it but im not sure what happened . It was too dry and they forgot my fries . Stuffed jalapeños had a taste like they had came out the freezer but didnt get cooked all the way ...... so sad .

Great food just forgets my extra seasoning everytime I order it
