I was across the hotel. they were cleared out so that I lit up at this place and got their last room. the room was clean. they have a free washing machine dryer. that was so helpful to me when I was not from here and had no idea where the lundromat was. the type of recipe was very friendly. I stayed here and two weeks and I loved it. the only disadvantage is that they are not a big breakfast if there are not many guests. I cleaned my room when I asked and made a great job. I would recommend this place to everyone.
My family arrived at 4:45 pm to check in for an established reservation, however the front desk couldn't find a room that was clean. After debate amongst the staff they decided to put us in Room 235 because it had been cleaned and they were sure that someone had changed the batteries in the electronic keypad. We unloaded all of our things and went to Room 235 where we found that the electronic keypad was not working. My husband made two trips back to the front desk and each time they just gave us new keys, even though he explained that the keypad was not working. On the third trip they agreed to put us in a new room which is typically used for the railroad crew, but made an exception since they didn't have a clean room We were not impressed with the customer service and the lack of help from the staff. We had a reservation and we were checking in during check-in hours. Is there not a plan in place ahead of time of where to put guests when they arrived?
