Mcdonald's - Pittsburg

I came in for breakfast with a group of 50+ people traveling by bus, and the people here took it in stride. Good food, great service, and the atmosphere was really great between the friendly service and our well-mannered group. We stopped again for dinner on our return trip and had a similar experience.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and they put mayonnaise stuff on it with lettuce and tomato and bacon. It was about the nastys thing. They didn’t have any ketchup onions or pickles on it. That’s the last time I eat at McDonald’s.

They need to work on when waiting for someone to pick up an order, leaving the food in the queing tray. Tired of getting cold sandwiches because they line them up on a cart next to the window.

Manager was super helpful even though he was busy fixing a broken ice cream machine and was covered in ice cream he still quickly helped me change my order when I decided that something else was more economical and did it with a smile and joked with my son the whole time even though they were clearly short handed

Friendly and fast service. Store was clean bathrooms were too.
