Mod Pizza - Pittsburg

This is my second disappointing visit to Mod Pizza. Just like last time, I placed my order through the app, but when I arrived 5 minutes after the estimated ready time (which was already 17 minutes), my pizzas hadn't even been started. I had to wait an additional 15-18 minutes in the store. Is it a lack of staff, inaccurate algorithms for estimating wait times, insufficient training, poor management, or all of the above? This is strike two for me, and I'm not sure if I'll be giving them a third chance.

The pizza at this restaurant is incredibly tasty. You have the freedom to customize your pizza at no additional cost, with a wide variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. For an extra fee of approximately $3 plus tax, you can turn your pizza into a meal. They offer a selection of soda, teas, and juices from a fountain drink machine. Additionally, you can opt for their delicious no-name chocolate cake. The front parking lot, shared with other stores, offers ample parking space. The staff members are very welcoming and friendly.

Best pizza you can put your own toppings on, very feeling better than round table and cheaper ????

I was very skeptical about this place because I am not a fan of thin crust pizza at all, never have been, but I tried it today and was quite impressed. Pizza was very delicious and very light. Im filled but dont have that 'over stuffed ' (punintended...lol) feeling. I dont feel over full but Im very satisfied. I love the fact that Mod Pizza doesn 't charge by thetopping, its one price for however many toppings you want. That beats the hell out of Round Table any day, Im feelin that forsure! Round Table Pizza has always been #1 in my book but I think theres a new sheriff in town now. Way to go Mod Pizza! Keep upthe good work!

I probably won?t be going back to this location. There are a couple of signs advertising free Dessert for signing up through the app. I didn?t see an expiration date, but when I checked out someone, presumable the manager, the Caucasian lady, said that theoffer no longer applies. To add insult to injury, a while ago I tried their new pizza and it was supposed to be discounted, butwe were charged full price. Needless to say, after having downloaded the app, I deleted the app from my phone. This promise ofdessert and not getting it is shady business practices. I?m choosing to vote with my dollars and with other pizza places in thearea, I will try one of those.
