Safeway Deli - Pittsburg

I went to go pick up a birthday cake on Saturday 9/24/22 and the name in the text on the cake was misspelled. I showed a copy of the order form and how it was supposed to be spelled. One of the girls went to correct it and mispelled it again.. On the 3rd try she finally got it right. I remained calm and tried to be pacient despite my frustration, as the cake was supposed to be ready the day before. I should have got the cake for free. This isn't the 1st time that I'vepurchased a cake from this Safeway location and it was wrong.

Restroom was filthy. Mentioned to a female employee who walked by as I was leaving. She didn 't seem to care (I think she said she would tell someone under her breath, but it was more like, 'whatever '.

I would give zero stars if I could, I placed a delivery order and would not have it if I knew it came from this disgusting place. It needs a complete rehabilitation I got Stale Cupcakes, my Artichokes had mold on them, Stale bread, I drive out my way to avoid this catastrophe of a store and will never ask for delivery again

Ran in here today to get Amazon gift cards and whipped cream, plus cash back. I was in and out within 5 minutes on a Sunday at 2pm. The 13oz extra creamy whipped cream was 4.99 and the regular 13oz was $7.99. Same brands too, so obviously I got the extra creamy, lol.

Both toilets closed for no reason. With me, a woman with disabilities could not use it. Shop at the level of the gas station.
