The Cheese Steak Shop - Pittsburg

The food here is great I have been eating here for years, I have experienced a couple of times where they don't get my order right and one time when I called they were actually pretty rude about it that is why I give the 4 star rating but overall they are quick, friendly and the food is great, it is a little more pricey than I would like and they only offer one size of drink but don't have any other complaints.

I walked in.To the cheesecake shop To order steak fries And they actually Give me plain steak fries When I got home and I saw that there were no toppings Just regular steak fries.I called and told the steak shop that my order was Misunderstood the manager argued with Me about the steak fries and then hung up in my face I had called back several times about seven To resolve the issue that could have been resolved over the phone , but I made it to the steak shop The manager there did Handle things professionally I had to drive thirty minutes And cross a bridge To go back and get a Seven dollars That could have been refunded to me in a better way Since I showed up personally she refunding my money I do not respect the way people at these food chains Do not like to do their job.Please note that the Customer is always right After the disrespect From Julia.I will never encourage Or go to the steak shop chain Anywhere ever again because I see That they have put put irresponsible Employees in places they work should not be I will be going to corporate Mind you, I do not have a lot of money to waste and this was my last fast food purchase and I wanted steak fries. Please heed my word This place does not deserve your head earn Money.While the cost of food is outraged

I have had Philly a lot of time but this time very wet. Too much grease.

I'm thankful this place didn't fail at this location in Antioch Pittsburg CA... I wanted to consume here after 7 years since we moved... This vacation we wanted to stop by here and OMG a store that they haven't closed like others. I want to say that the 2 Latin women gave good service, very kind in what we asked for, the place was clean even the bathrooms, I hope they open a store in Arizona. Thank you for the food, which is still delicious.

The last couple of times I’ve ordered from here have not been good. They’re participating in shrinkflation. I will order a sandwich and they will leave over an inch of bun with no food on it. Just get smaller buns if you’re going to be ripping people off. PAID $28 dollars for an empty bun and a large fries that literally came with less than 10 fries. The basket was empty as well. Both times the food is extremely cold. The cheese stake shop in concord is WAY BETTER and I will not make the mistake of purchasing from this location again
