Azorean Cafe - Pittsburgh

My friend and I enjoyed our first visit to Azorean Cafe. The type of food was new to us and we both thought it was quite good

Friendly, authentic ... Just the ocean is missing!!

We chose Azorean Cafe to visit for PRW because of it’s posted menu. However, once there the choices we were offered were different than what was posted. The lunch meal did not include desert like the posted menu, and the appetizers for the dinner meal were completely different. Instead of shrimp or a cheese plate the choices were a variety of croquettes, and once ordered the serving proved to be one croquette. In addition, the entree we wanted to order the octopus was not available. We were there at on Saturday. I felt like the restaurant did not deliver what they advertised for restaurant week. We won’t be back

Nice little place! The portions were quite large. I particularly enjoyed the almond torte!Hubby said it was the best flan he ever had

I love Azorean cafe. We go almost every other Sunday for breakfast. The staff are wonderful and the food is good
