Bomonti Pizza - Pittsburgh

I have never had a bad experience ordering from this restaurant. Every order I have placed has been correct, including any modifications to sides. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I am a loyal customer for life, without a doubt.

I ordered a seafood salad, but when it arrived, the shrimp was frozen solid. The ice on the shrimp was clearly visible. I called the restaurant to request a replacement salad or a refund, offering to return the frozen one. The person on the phone suggested I microwave the shrimp for 30 seconds, as it would take an hour to bring me a new salad. When I insisted on a refund, the person became argumentative, so I ended the call without a resolution.

The pizza was amazing, the wings were excellent, and the service was great!

I frequently get delivery from this restaurant and I have never been disappointed with the meals I have received. Their burgers are incredible and they offer a good variety of toppings on their pizzas that taste delicious. The service is fast, the prices are reasonable, and the food quality is excellent.
