Feedback gevenI work nearby and have visited this Chipotle more than 100 times. It’s a typical Chipotle, but it seems to be understaffed. Online orders often take at least 10 minutes longer than expected, and there have been times when my order was incorrect. However, it’s still a decent spot to grab lunch.
Ordered by doordash, wanted a fajita veggie bowl with guac, mais salsa, tomaten salsa, sour cream, cheese, brown rice and black bran. no maissalsa, no guave. they had still marked the bowl correctly. If I was just trying to tear and drill, I could do that at home. the half of the ingredients for which they pay is annoying. portion felt swollen and the whole experience in general was simply bad. there were also some spicy salsa and salat in there, almost as they eile and deeds in other keepers ending and it only contaminate cross, due to lack of a better description. dinge like these are why I never go to chipotle anymore.
This place needs better management period point blank it's ridiculous to constantly run out of food...NO GUAC NO PEPPERS AND ONIONS and scrapping rice from the bottom of the container and this isn't the first time I experienced this at this location... and we're not going to get into the wait times just unacceptable especially when prices have gone up.
I love Chipotle but I should just learn to stop going to this location altogether. The past three times I’ve visited, I’ve encountered issues. The first time I swiped my credit card to pay, was given a receipt and when I was going to get a fork, I was approached saying they didn’t receive my payment. I checked my bank account and saw the purchase was pending but they insisted I needed to swipe my card again and it wouldn’t charge me twice so I did and lo and behold, the next day I was double charged. So I go back to the store to get my money refunded (because they can’t reimburse me over the phone). Next time I visit, same thing happens where they didn’t receive my payment even though I got a receipt and had to swipe again (this time wasn’t double charged but I would’ve been so annoyed if it did. Third time I went, I asked for guac and said I have a reward for free guac and right as they put it on, they’re like “ohh it doesn’t work” which like is okay but it would’ve been nice if they told me that before they put the topping on so I could make a decision if I still wanted it or posted a sign about it somewhereVegetarian options: You can opt out of getting meat on your burrito/bowl or get sofritas
Ordered group lunch. Every single order was wrong. Not like missing one topping or anything. Whole order was messed up. People who had dietary restrictions got screwed. Whoever does online orders screwed up. Very very disappointing.
