Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pittsburgh

WORST CHIPOTLE IN PITTSBURGH BY FAR. They're out of me every time. And in any case do not go before noon, they are never fully furnished, even though they open at 1045. I've been going to this place for years and Chipotle is my favorite fast food. But in the last six months or so that they were so bad, I can never go back.

Would give a 0 star if possible. Order online wait over 1:30 when it was ready to be ready. Then they began to make orders that were due after mine. I asked and they said what the screen says. I usually came and was finally able to get my order there, need more staff and training staff, how to process orders quickly and effectively.

Hard rice in my Burrito dish. Corn in it when I didn't order it and it was cold when I picked it up 4 minutes after my scheduled time. Just like those in Robinson. Always cold. Are you training your employees?????

No longer order on the app. It's faster to wait. Even if you're over. I loved Chipotle, but it's not worth it anymore.

The poor folks in charge of this location need to shut the doors. I?ve tried it a few times and each time I am amazed at how many of the main ingredients are missing and the poor the quality of the ones they have. You can feel the stress of the staff through the whole experience, and you really can?t blame them from how poorly the whole thing seems to be going. Most recently, I ordered a salad and they served it to me without any lettuce.
