The food and ice cream were excellent, and the customer service was fantastic! However, I wish the lobby were a bit larger. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5.

I was quoted a 10-minute wait for a Blizzard, despite being the only customer in the store. It seemed like the employees were just being lazy. No thank you!

It's been ages since my last visit to a Dairy Queen! Today, I tried a cookie dough Blizzard, which brought back memories of my childhood. However, I can't help but feel like they've altered their recipe because, honestly, it was pretty awful! I don't recall their ice cream ever tasting this bad. Dairy Queen, what happened?

Trash employees outside smoking cigarettes refused to go in to help customers. What a joke ?

The girl at the register was uninterested and standing there drinking her drink. She wasn 't rude, just a bit unprofessional.
