Domino's Pizza - Pittsburgh

It seems like there are quite a few negative reviews for this restaurant. It's Domino's, after all—greasy, lower-quality bar food that’s convenient. I’m honestly not sure what some people expect. I recently ordered delivery from here twice, and I genuinely enjoyed everything I tried. The delivery driver, Santosh, was incredibly fast both times. My only complaints are that the wings I ordered the first time were really small. However, the second time, the wings were much larger but not crispy enough; they could have used an extra minute in the oven or fryer. Even though I live next to a high-end pizza place, I still find myself craving bar food like this occasionally, and I will definitely continue ordering from here.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My order was incorrect; we received Steak Hoagies instead of the Italian Hoagies we ordered, and the hoagies we did get were burnt and inedible. I usually love Domino's, but I won't be ordering from this location again. The only positive was that I got a refund because the delivery driver refused to return our order. What a disappointment.

I ordered a medium pizza at 11:00, and they said it would arrive by 11:40. We waited until 12:00 and called to inquire, only to be told it was out for delivery. At 12:10, we received a notification that the pizza had been delivered, but when we checked the door, it was nowhere to be found. We called the restaurant again, but they hung up on us and didn’t answer any more of our calls. It feels like we were robbed of our pizza. Total waste of money.

We ordered a middle pizza and a drink at 11:45. The worker after he was bruised to speak louder, while I said my card number as loud as possible, our order would only take 45 minutes to get to our hotel half a mile away. It is now good over half an hour and we haven't got our pizza yet. I had high hopes that it would not be as bad as the average reviews it seemed, but not order from this place if you are hungry and want something fast. The one star is for the employee who answered when I called back and was nice to ask about the status of our order.
