Feedback gevenWorst experience still at any McDonald's location. Check to make sure everything is in your bag before you pull off. Just make the food right the first time and you wouldn't have so many issues. Work smarter not harder and at least try to have some respect when you mess up an order. It's not like we made our own food so why get an attitude with a customer when your employees are at fault. Then they cant even count. Order a 20 piece and basket and get a 10 piece. Not the first issue but Never again.
Bad experience. I ordered for my whole family and I got most of what I wanted but not everything. My son got a Mcdouble with Mac sauce, lettuce and tomato added. Well he got everything but the actual burger. No meat on the sandwich. Also no ketchup or sauce for the nuggets. I know it's fast food but it's expensive now for any family. Do better.
Something's not right with the night crew here. I ordered online and received 2/10 items in my order. My friend decided to pick their order up because of that and was told everything was In the bag which wasn't true. 2 burgers were missing and they had to go through the drive thru. Not to mention, but a couple nights before that... We went at night of course and the employee was telling all the customers in drive thru that they were closed and their systems were down, but when we got to the window they took our order, so we were really confused. They wanted to shorten the line by telling people their system was down. AND they are really slow... You will be waiting in line forever because they want you to leave. I have never seen a place ran this horribly and it's sad because this McDonald's been here forever,but somebody is not managing the store. These kids are doing WHATEVER they want and they're purposely not giving you the correct order. I have other McDonald's so I'll just go to those if needed. It's not worth the hassle to go here. I wouldn't even trust the food because the employees don't care about the customers AT ALL. YALL REALLY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE MANAGED CORRECTLY. Update: 8/8/23- I went back around 6:30 am to grab coffee... They open at 6am and there was no line... I waited at the speaker for 5 mins... I said hello anyone there? No answer. I waited another 5 minutes... Drive around and saw 2 girls in the front. I shook my head and went to Wendy's and received a hot coffee no problems. That's why this is the only McDonald's I know that barely ever has a line. Every other McDonald's be crowded making that money lol smmfh
If I could rate lower I’d give them zero stars. This McDonald’s always has an between the ice cream machine and the frappe one there’s seems to always be an issue when you order a specialty drink and instead of canceling the item that they don’t have or can’t make they’d till charge my card with my delivery service I use through grub hub or DoorDash. And I have to request for a refund at that which is a hassle instead of giving the customer the option to substitute for something else.
The dining room was closed and the line at the window was really long. I ordered the sandwiches and fries. They got two of the sandwiches wrong. There was no easy to correct it since you cannot go in. I will stop going here till they break down and treat the staff well enough that they can get a full staff
