Pizza Hut - Pittsburgh

We recently had a quick family dinner at the Nobles-town location after our football practice. The restaurant was empty and provided a relaxed atmosphere for us to chat and laugh while the children had their own table to eat and play at. It reminded us of the good old days when Pizza Hut was a go-to spot for family time instead of always eating in the park. We were disappointed that we missed out on their delicious food.

Who is the owner of this place? The staff I interacted with were fantastic, but they seemed to be very busy. I can see why the quality and delivery times can suffer at times, as it looks like they are constantly overwhelmed. It's not an excuse, but I sympathize with them. Additionally, the operating hours are not ideal. What is the reason for that?

I had to cancel my order after being notified that it would not be ready in 5 minutes as promised, but an hour later it still hadn't arrived. I tried calling multiple times to inquire about a refund but have not received it yet.

It was terrible. first the call center made my order wrong. then when I got it, the pizza is simply not the same old pizza hut. it did not taste like the delicious pan pizza... the pfefferoni was not burned at the edges and the sauce was tasteless thin. it was a past since I only got it. pizza hut is pizza hut. not a place where the things should change at all. the only reason why there was no 1 star is that the broths were actually the good old broths.
