Roman Bistro - Pittsburgh

We love the Roman Bistro! All of the food is great and staff is really nice as well. Happy to have a solid restaurant close to home!

A group of us was in yesterday 14) witch we made reservations for. To say what a big disappointment is an under statement . First off people were told they were out of things or we don't have them anymore. I get that's its a little harder when they're are separated bills but when you have people on the same bill not getting their food when the rest of the people on the same bill are done eating is a little outrageous to me . When they blamed it on oh you all had separate checks) well it only makes sence to me if you was on the same check your food would of all came out together? The disappointing part was the manager even the owner wanted to do nothing to make this right. No one was looking for a FREE meal but to blame you and your staff's incompetence on the paying customer is wrong very unprofessional thanks we will never be back !

The food at this restaurant was delicious. I ordered the Turkey Devonshire and a smashed burger. The turkey was sliced thickly and topped with a creamy sauce, while the bacon was well smoked and seasoned. The burger was perfectly charred with just the right amount of melted American cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be returning for another visit. Our waiter, Dave, was very attentive and helpful.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. We visited during happy hour, which included buy one get one free martinis and half-price appetizers. We tried the Italian poutine and eggplant rollatini, both of which were delicious. The martinis were also outstanding.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we were hoping for a nice atmosphere and good food. What we experienced far exceeded our expectations. From the delicious food to the excellent server Susan, and even the manager who checked in on us, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The host who seated us was also accommodating. Overall, we had a fabulous experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone at the bistro for showing us that excellent service does indeed exist.
