Feedback gevenMy friend and I waited at the bar for 10 minutes, and there were three bartenders working. With only about eight people at the bar, not a single one of them came over to see if we needed anything.
We chose this hotel because it had an on-site restaurant. Traveling with my 91-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair, made getting her out of the car quite challenging. Once we were seated, no one came to help us, so my husband went to the bar to ask about service. He was told they were too busy. As a result, we had to find another place to eat. This is absolutely unacceptable! If you can't provide enough staff, you shouldn't be serving food.
This was my first visit, and the service was rather slow. I had to raise my voice just to get someone's attention for my bill. On my second visit, I rated it a 5. I ordered a salad, but after my friend received her meal, I still hadn't gotten my salad even after twenty minutes. I ended up canceling my order. Once again, I was disappointed.

I won't be returning again.
My girlfriend and I spent 10 minutes sitting at the bar, where there were three bartenders and approximately eight customers present. Unfortunately, none of the bartenders came over to check if we wanted to order anything.
