Either, it has changed significantly from a management stand point or they just hired a few great employees. I used to go to this Subway more often and have had some hit or miss in the past. One time, an employee was no where in sight. I actually ordered online while waiting assuming a buzzer would go off and she'd come out. She did and was a little rude. I've been twice in the past two weeks because I've been house sitting nearby. The guys they have working the evening weekday shift are pretty awesome. Food made right. Bread is no longer stale. Segregation of duties (one handled cash with out gloves, the other handled food with. No cross contamination. Yes. I look at that. I will say though. I have seen the rudest customers in line here. I'd give an extra star just for dealing with that and maintaining good service.
