Loved that there are local street names on the tables and the table by the window even had a traffic light fixture which was cool.Felt like a decent start up still working through some kinks. Staff was kind enough to comp the japchae we ordered when we commented that it wasn't actually japchae...The steamed buns and the Angus di pomodoro flatbread were both quite tasty. Loved the cauliflower with sweet red peppers also (the saltiness made for good pairing with the other items we ordered)My ginger spritz was delicious and refreshing and my fiance had the Route 66 cocktail (root beer and whiskey).Would definitely try it again
Unique and tasty cocktails and a food menu that literally takes you around the world. Visited here while in town for a conference and I'm so glad I did. Many of the restaurants in the Carson Street area are basically dives (think college town/cheap drinks vibe). This one is many levels above that.Food: 5/5
One of the best spots in the south side. If ya haven't been there you gotta go. The art and ambience is second only to the food.Food: 5/5
Absolutely a must try. Don't judge a book by its cover. This is maybe my favorite new bar food joint in Pittsburgh.Food: 5/5
Love the variety of foods and drink on the menu! I want to come back and try everything! Great tunes playing and ambiance. My only beef is that the Japchae has the wrong noodles. The menu says glass noodles, and the noodles you get are closer to chow fun noodles. It still eats, but i was really wanting what i normally envision.
