TGI FRIDAYS - North Hills - Pittsburgh

We went to another restaurant. booked for 7PM and when we arrived there at 6:55, we were told that there would be another 25 30 minutes. we found that we had booked the table and said that there are many people before us. we asked why they would confirm a table for 7PM and the answer was that open table really does not help them much and that they support it when they arrive. Of course, this is our first disappointment with open table or no wait, so it must be the restaurant. we felt that the hostess was rude in the answer and ton, so we did not stay and went into another restaurant on her app. they should be offered the tgi Friday from their, as it can be a negative representation of their offer.

Service was excellent. Rins were great! I would recommend it very much.

Also for a chain restaurant the experience was a great disappointment. the place must be cleaned urgently. overall, eating was as expected.

Eating was very good. we really enjoyed it. good, too.

Good food and service! We had 2 kids and they were great with them also
