I made a reservation through OpenTable for April 16, 2019. When I arrived at the restaurant and mentioned my reservation, the receptionist informed me that they don't check for reservations during the nearby hockey game. I found it puzzling that OpenTable allows reservations if the restaurant isn't going to acknowledge them. Thankfully, we arrived a bit early and were able to secure a table without any issues. However, had we arrived later, we might not have been so fortunate.

The waitress seemed insincere when she mentioned that a dish didn't taste right. Her response was more about what they expected her to say than a genuine concern.

We stayed for a month, and the day before our reservation, I received an email to confirm it. However, on the day of the reservation, I got another email stating that it was canceled due to overbooking. We had invited friends to celebrate, and this last-minute change was quite inconvenient for us.

Went to Fridays before the Justin Timberlake concert. It was extremely busy; we had a 6:00 reservation and weren’t seated until 6:20. Food service was slow, but fortunately we had plenty of time. Friday’s is great for decent bar food at a reasonable price. The beer was cold too!

There needs to be a better system for event nights. I had a reservation which was great however my 12 year old daughter and I had to sit in the noisy bar. It was overwhelmingly crowded and uncomfortable for her.
