Waterfall Catering - Pittsburgh

Waterfall Catering made me look brilliant! I had never heard of them or even been at any function that they catered I literally picked them off of Google when the caterer I had previously booked, canceled my event. I had two weeks to find a replacement caterer for an upscale hot buffet lunch for a retirement party at our office. The food looked and sounded fantastic on their website, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I am so happy that I called them! Renee was great with communication and addressed all of our needs. Peggy and Crystal were our deliverers and servers. They were delightful! So pleasant, efficient, and helpful. They clearly care about their work. Now, for the food... We ordered filet with a mushroom demi-glaze, chicken marsala, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetable primavera in vodka sauce, broccoli, baby greens salad, Caprese mini skewers, and rolls/butter for 45 people. Everything was so fresh! The hot foods were hot, the cold foods were cold. Everything was packed with flavor and our whole office raved about the meal. Of special note, the filet was cooked to perfection and was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I haven't had a steak that good in a restaurant for years. The roasted potatoes were perfectly seasoned. The primavera in vodka sauce was incredible, and the salad was almost too pretty to eat. I could not be happier with my experience with Waterfall Catering and wholeheartedly recommend them. I will absolutely use them for future events. Thanks to everyone there for making me look good to my bosses. You are fantastic caterers!

We just had a baby shower for my daughter this past weekend. Never had this caterer before and saw their amazing food spreads on their website. The food was fabulous! Best quiche we ever had and stuffed chicken breast was great too! Can't say enough good about them! Looking forward to ordering for the holidays! Thanks Renee and Krissy for a job well done!

This company is playing no games. Get them for your next event ASAP. We were fortunate enough to have them caterer our friend's wedding shower tonight and they did not disappoint. Standouts were the caprese salad, lemon chicken and chocolate charcuterie style platters to name a few. Everyone raved about how fresh everything tasted. Great work!

My bridal shower was held this past weekend, and my mother came across Waterfall Catering online. Renee and her team did an amazing job. We were thrilled with how everything turned out for the event! The food was delicious and perfectly tailored to our preferences. Renee even made sure to provide a gluten-free option of the crispy lemon chicken for one of my gluten-sensitive bridesmaids! Overall, we had a fantastic time and our experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Waterfall Catering to anyone hosting an event!

My office wanted to hold an event, and after much research we decided to give waterfall catering a try. We ordered party pans and were very happy with the quality of the food! My personal favorite was the tomato basil cream penne. We had nearly 200 guests and the cost for 2 different entrees, pasta, 2 side dishes, and a dinner roll with butter was only about $8 per plate. An incredible deal! The only drawback was that the responsiveness was a bit slow, but that is completely understandable given the time of year. If you choose to use this company for your celebrations, please keep in mind that they may be very busy with other events and try to be as understanding as possible. It's worth the wait!
