Chili's Grill - Pittsfield

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing overall. Our food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when my niece ordered chicken wings, she received the wrong dish, which also turned out to be quite spicy. On a positive note, the service was good, and the waiter was friendly.

The food is tasty, but the service regarding the free appetizer for signing up for rewards is a bit disappointing. You would expect the waitress to remove it from the bill for you, but instead, it’s left up to you to handle, and then the screen goes blank, which is frustrating.

The corn tasted bland, almost paper-like. I ordered a bacon burger but received a double patty cheeseburger with no toppings instead. I also ordered a drink, but it never arrived, despite being paid for. The loaded mashed potatoes were disappointing as well, with the toppings piled on just one side. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you're thinking of dining out, I suggest going elsewhere.

Nice people working there, but they seemed to be short staffed. Which of course slowed service down. Our waitress was also the bartender which had her running non stop.

I had the chicken fingers. They were tender and moist. Fries were fresh cut.
