Dunkin' - Pittsfield

This Dunkin' Donuts located inside a gas station may not have the most exciting atmosphere, but the staff is fantastic and always willing to help. They consistently get your orders right, which can be a rare find at other locations. If you're looking for quick and fresh food, this is the place to go. There is ample parking both in front of the store and near the drive-thru. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, with easy access for individuals on the first floor and accessible restrooms for all customers.

There is nothing worse than being in a hurry for work and stopping at this restaurant for a quick Large Americano with 2 creams and 2 sugars, only to be served hot water with cream and sugar. The drink had no hint of coffee flavor, let alone espresso. Disappointing experience.

Food is always fresh. But the service has been lacking lately. I go there 4-5 times a week and the same people work that shift. For the past month the exact same guy and girl have been taking care of my orders and have be really rude and very unwelcoming. I always say please and thank you and they just shove the drinks or food out the window with a sour look on their face. I hope this changes soon.

Love this Dunks. Has to be the most beautiful location. We go here weekly to get coffee and snacks, then sit on the wall .
