Neutral Ground Coffeehouse - Pittsford

My daughter's baby shower was held in the event room last month, and it was truly perfect! Sherry and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as we wanted, from start to finish. Sherry's assistance really made the event run smoothly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.

The service was slow and the staff seemed a bit confused with my order of a mocha. The mocha I received was not very hot in my opinion. The decor was nice though. I will come back to try the food and may edit my review.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing in every way. The best vanilla dish I've ever tasted! The location by the canal is stunning. I will definitely be returning!

Large sandwiches, salads, chili and baked goods (the cronut is my favorite) the atmosphere is so welcoming and the personal is always attentive. highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful menu, staff and ambiance! Delicious and fresh food and great coffee. Well done!
