The other day I witnessed a rather unpleasant situation, there was a family with a disabled little girl, who very kindly (the family) asked for the favor of making a fried egg for the girl, since she couldn't eat anything else. The waiter very kindly wanted to put it on, but the owner refused since it was not on the menu. I find it outrageous that something as simple as frying an egg, which costs nothing, is not done.
