Good food but good lord the waits are horrific. I can't imagine how much money this places looses because the dining room is so small 10-12 tables . Drive up placerville drive a 1/4 mile there are plenty of other options just as good. I have been waiting 10 minutes, the waitress told us 25 minutes. I have watched 6 groups of people walk out and go somewhere else because of the waiting time. I'm local so if you are reading this here are some other options in town that are just as good if not better with no wait times. BUTTERCUP PANTRY, DIAMOND SPRINGS HOTEL killer breakfast , THE INDEPENDENT, PUBLIC HOUSE, there are about 7-8 places on Main Street, Placerville that are very good. Save yourself the time. Not worth the wait. We won't come back.
Love the Mimosas and all the breakfast dishes I've tried, but I've only put a small dent in the menu. Staff is friendly and efficient and everything is made from scratch. I could put their chipotle hollandaise sauce on everything. Breakfast and lunch only, but choices from standard all American meals to Mexican influenced. My favorite is the California breakfast enchiladas with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and the chipotle hollandaise sauce and a peach mimosa!
Passion Mango mimosa and California Eggs Benedict were delicious! Many other flavors of mimosas available too. Outdoor seating area could have been a bit cleaner (there were spilled fries on the ground. Just a cute little place for some delicious food!
Loved the Carnitas omelet. I was reluctant to get it, but the servicer suggested it. It was absolutely delicious. Service and recommendation was GREAT.
